Established 1938

Established 1976

HERB GARDEN

at Richfield Springs Public Library

PLOT 3 is MINT

cat mint, chocolate mint, apple mint, spearmint

Member Carolyn Hopper is current caretaker. She has learned "you can't get rid of mint."

Members of the Herb Garden Committee volunteer to care for one or more of the 10 plots.

This blooming area is one of several spots at the Library which receives The Garden Club's green thumb.

PLOT 10 is

ROSES, HYSSOP & THYME

Member Sue Streid is current caretaker. I have learned "milkweed & fennel tend to take over, but roses bloom despite my lack of knowledge."
